MVP

Presenter 的作用类似于MVC中的Controller,但是其会反作用与View层，Model层的数据更新会被首先反馈到

Presenter,由Presenter优先处理并决定是否刷新以及刷新哪个View,也就是说Presenter完全将View层与Model层

隔离开，充当一个名副其实的中间人角色.
MVVM

MVVM则是思想的完全变革。它是将“数据模型数据双向绑定”的思想作为核心，因此在View和Model之间没有联系，通过ViewModel进行交互，而且Model和ViewModel之间的交互是双向的，因此视图的数据的变化会同时修改数据源，而数据源数据的变化也会立即反应到View上

缺点

1、过于简单的图形界面不适用，或说牛刀杀鸡。
2、对于大型的图形应用程序，视图状态较多，ViewModel的构建和维护的成本都会比较高。
3、数据绑定的声明是指令式地写在View的模版当中的，这些内容是没办法去打断点debug的。

NetworkBoundResource

It starts by observing the database for the resource. When the entry is loaded from the database for the first time, NetworkBoundResource checks whether the result is good enough to be dispatched or that it should be re-fetched from the network. Note that both of these situations can happen at the same time, given that you probably want to show cached data while updating it from the network.

LifecycleOwner

LifecycleOwner is an interface implemented by the AppCompatActivity and Fragment classes. You can subscribe other components to owner objects which implement this interface, to observe changes to the lifecycle of the owner.
